1. Lifespice offers Free Shipping for all orders beyond 350 grams in India.
2. The order will be processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from the time of receipt of the order.
3. Lifespice takes all the safety measurements to ensure safe delivery. All the orders are packed as per industry standards and shipped through selected logistics partners.
4. Shipment tracking details will be sent via SMS through our logistics partners.
5. Purchases made from lifespice.co.in cannot be returned. However, we offer full replacement of products if received in damaged condition. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone.
6. Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 15 days of placing the orders. Any queries or concerns beyond 15 days from the order confirmation date will not be entertained.
7. To investigate the refund request, it is necessary to send the unboxing video of the shipment package within one working day from the shipment delivery date.
